H&S does a great job in all respects. I have always received a high level of service in all regards. I find the staff well trained, courteous and professional. All message therapist to very professional and provide excellent service.

I really, really like this Hand and Stone. I've been a member for many years, and have always had good experiences with the massuesses and staff. However, I might price check other spas that offer packages for frequent visitors of massages, as the price has gone up twice at H & Stone since re-opening post-Covid lockdowns. And, my rent has gone up quite a bit, and food is more expensive. No complaints on H & Stone, just seeking to save money.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the massage therapist were so kind. The facility is lovely. The manager offered water.
