The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I don't ever wait more than a few minutes before being taken back. My massage therapist, Jontrell, is very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. He knows my problem areas so I don't need to have the same conversation each appointment. Membership pricing is fair. I have been coming in regularly for over 6 months and never had a single issue or negative experience.
