The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I don't ever wait more than a few minutes before being taken back. My massage therapist, Jontrell, is very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. He knows my problem areas so I don't need to have the same conversation each appointment. Membership pricing is fair. I have been coming in regularly for over 6 months and never had a single issue or negative experience.

The therapist could feel the tension in my body and workout each area until it was gone. She applied the correct amount of pressure, and asked if everything was okay
