Front staff was warm and welcoming upon arrival, I was greeted & checked in promptly. Esthetician was knowledgeable and gave me a customized service based on my skin type and personal concerns. Check out was efficient.

This was my first time at Hand and Stone. At first I was very frustrated that I could not get an appointment for close to 2 months away. However, I called the weekend of Father's day hoping for an opening and there was one! Erica helped me book the appt and explained all the great things I could get with my gift card. I booked a massage with Amanda and it was a wonderful experience. I will be returning for a facial in a week or so.
