I was highly satisfied with the service provided to me by the Poughkeepsie location. They were able to fit me in on short notice. They called me back with a cancellation and I was able to be seen the same day.

My massage was so relaxing, especially as someone who deals with a stressful job. As a bigger woman I’m very body self conscious and was never thrilled w the idea of getting naked and being massaged but my masseuse made me feel very at ease and relaxed!

I previously had a facial done by Rashida and planned to never return and cancel my membership. She was rude, impatient and my facial was painful. I’d accumulated 3 services so decided to try one more time and was recommended Leslie. OUTSTANDING! She explained everything to me as we went along, hand wrote a game plan for my skincare, and pointed me in the right direction for which products I should use and didn’t push a big purchase, she told me to get started with the trial sizes and we would go from there to see what my skin reacts to. Absolutely loved it and will be back faithfully. I also scheduled my boyfriend to get one done by her as well.

My massage therapist was excellent. My only complaint is the online booking is slow and cumbersome, and my favorite therapists are not always available.
