Overall great experience, friendly staff out front. Friendly welcoming therapist, told her about problem areas in shoulder and she did great job focusing and reliving that issue.

Room was very dimly lit and peaceful. Therapist was friendly and respected my privacy. The tables being heated was incredibly wonderful!

I find the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The massage therapists who I have worked with are very good and listen to my needs/areas of concern and accommodate me. The spa has a nice ambiance and is always clean.
