Always a pleasure coming to H&S in Poughkeepsie. The receptionist and massage people are very friendly and professional.

Leslie at pok location is great, facial is relaxing and she is confident, friendly and professional which I have no experienced with most facials and massages I have experienced in the past.

Loved every minute of my first experience at Hand and Stone. The receptionists were very attentive and friendly; Olivia was amazing and was highly knowledgeable in pinpointing all of my areas in desperate need of a massage. I am very satisfied (and happily sore) and cannot wait for my next massage at Hand & Stone.

First, Sabrina is my new favorite! She is friendly, professional, and so thorough. She explained more to me about my skin, suggested services, products, AND how to redeem my points for a portion of the service in order to cover a masque upgrade. I never even knew I had points backed up that could be used for services. But, she was wonderfully helpful and I truly appreciate her. Downside is even with my monthly membership the actual cost of the service is hundreds of dollars and for that price point, without having a dedicated calm/relaxing waiting area (like most salons have in the way of robes, and comforting music, and refreshments) outside of a main lobby, falls a bit short. Overall I love the services provided here but with the recent price increase and the pricing overall, I want to feel like I'm really enjoying a splurge salon experience.

My aesthetician was Rachel and she is super knowledgeable about not only the products but skin care overall. She is friendly and keeps the appointment time. The other staff was extremely friendly and welcoming when we entered for our appointments.

I have always wanted to take care of my skin better. When I went to my first appt with Sophia, I knew it was something I wanted to continue. I am really starting to see improvement with my skin and love the relaxation I feel after my visit. I would highly recommend Hand and Stone especially using Sophia!
