To me, the service begins as you entered the facility, the ladies at the reception area were attentive and polite. My therapist was Tony, after I left I texted my fiance to tell her I want to use Tony on my next visit, he was fantastic! His strong hands were the perfect medicine for my stress points.

I was able to book an appointment. I was able to book it for the day I wanted. The massage was excellent and the therapist listened to my requests. I have carpal tunnel syndrome. I had bilateral carpal tendon release surgeries in 2017. Unfortunately, work has been crazy and my hands have been overworked. The therapist focused on my hands, arms, and shoulders. It was very helpful.

I recently started booking with Faith for my facials and she has by far improved my experience. She is very thorough in explaining what each product does and recommending which treatments I should get. She customizes the experience based on what you want to get out of the session and is very friendly. I will continue to book with her in the future.
