the esthetician encouraged me to buy the products i needed but was not pushy. The experience felt like luxury. The experience could be more immersive if we could not see the parking lot from the waiting area.

Eva was great. My entire body was sore from splitting wood for days. She did a deep tissue massage. Although it hurt a bit I feel amazing today. She also helped my chronic back pain. She is friendly and professional. Great therapist.

I am extremely satisfied with with the customer service that I receive from everyone at the Poughkeepsie NY H&S site. I have my favorites, but I have never been disappointed when I have to book an appointment with someone else because my favorites do not fit in my schedule. Everyone is very nice and friendly and my facials/massages are absolutely the best!

I had NEVER had a massage prior to being gifted one - George was my massage therapist for my first appointment, and to this day the professionalism he exudes and calmness and knowledge are superior. I have been happy with every massage therapist I have had there but by far George takes the cake. LOVE MY MEMBERSHIP!
