Hand and Stone

This was my first facial and massage at age 58. The facial was relaxing and left a wonderful feeling to my skin. Angelisa the esthetician, was very knowledgeable. Enrique was my massage therapist and was very prompt in telling me what I needed to do since I had never had a massage before. I was in some pain when he did the backs of my calves because I guess I do not stretch enough. I am told this is normal by people I've spoken with. I had a great experience using my gift cards that my daughter had purchased for me. I however, did not like the constant pushing of the buy a package/skincare each time I was in the waiting area. I understand that is how you do your business but after one time of saying no, I would appreciate it being left alone.

Thomas was outstanding! He worked on what I asked, and stayed away from what I didn’t want. He was very soothing, and made me feel not at all self-conscious. Your facility was lovely, and the staff friendly and encouraging.

Eva is a fantastic therapist

Focus on the shoulders, back and neck. She can immediately find the "knots" and works on them. Very helpful in alleviating aches. Session always starts on time.

I usually see Amanda who I love but it is very hard to get an app with her. I ended up getting a slot with Karla due to a cancellation, I was not disappointed at all!!! I tried to book her for my next one on my way out (9/27) and the soonest she had was 11/5- I opted to just be put back on the cancellation list.

Anna was wonderful. I was thinking about canceling my membership, but that facial was amazing so I will continue. Staff at reception was also very nice.

I had the most amazing CDB facial with Anna. It was so relaxing, I kept falling asleep because I felt so comfortable. Anna is incredible and I look forward to my monthly appointments with her!
