Starting with the front desk receptionists to my MT and any other employees always greet and quickly acknowledge anyone they can!

The reception area and the ladies in the front of house were very welcoming. The ambiance of the room is always very comfortable and relaxing. My masseuse remembered me and my problem areas and helped relieve pain and discomfort while remaining friendly and professional.

Nikki was great and showed me some tips for my pressure and ways to relieve it.

Chloe is absolutely the best therapist; I try to make an appointment with her every month. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and always listens to me and what my needs are. The front desk staff is always friendly, courteous and prompt when checking in. This location is a little further for me than others but I will always choose this one first due to the impeccable service

First, I can't say enough good things about Sabrina, who is always my top choice because she is so talented, caring, healing, thoughtful, and supportive. Second, value is very important to me, and I do appreciate your membership pricing and benefits, because a monthly massage for me can fit within our family budget, even though we are under some financial strain right now re: putting our (final!) child through college. Third, I appreciate coming to a place where I feel that I see women like me, and I don't have to feel out of place for being "not fancy enough" when I come to Hand and Stone right after work, exhausted, and in my sweats. Finally, your staff is always friendly and they let me know about special sales, etc., without pushing me to buy what I know I can't afford right now. Thank you!
