Very nice atmosphere- the massages are always fantastic and on time.

The staff was very kind and professional. The atmosphere was relaxing. Above all, I felt safe during a pandemic.

Excellent therapist although I waited 1 month to get another apt with him

Chloe did an amazing job making sure I was well informed about my massage and that I felt comfortable and safe. She frequently checked in with to make sure the pressure was okay and that I wasn’t ticklish. The receptionist also was fantastic helping me sign up for the rewards program (although I do not remember her name) It was an excellent experience!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The music helps me relax. The therapist was excellent at working out the stress in my muscles.

My esthetician is very friendly and makes me feel relaxed and at ease during the facial. She listens to my concerns and is knowledge about skin care. In addition her recommendations in the past have improved my skin.

Ease of scheduling, therapists knowledge of my need & how to resolve. I dont care at all about anything covid related.

As soon as I walked in the staff were very courteous and helpful. I arrived a little bit early and was taken in before my appointment started so I didn't have to wait very long. The massage itself was outstanding and I was given some good advice on relaxing and breathing exercises. Overall I left feeling refreshed and just overall better.

I go to Hand and Stone monthly for massage. The staff are always very friendly and I am always satisfied with the massage I receive.
