Lauren was friendly, made me feel safe, relaxed, and explained things well so I always knew what to expect at each step. She recommended a great hydrating facial that made my skin feel incredible for days afterwards. I could tell Lauren knew head/face/neck anatomy while she performed the facial and massaged my face and scalp which relaxed me even more bc I felt trusted her ability. Would definitely book with Lauren again!
