All of the staff was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and eager to assist. Xavier, massage therapist, reviewed what I was looking for from the massage, and gave the perfect amount of attention to my problem areas, and used the perfect amount of pressure. Best massage that I have ever had!

Hand and Stone is clean, and seems to abide by the Covid recommendations. I like how you require evidence of vaccination to not wear a mask.

I love Hand and Stone , I have been a member for years and I have found so many gems working here . My MT is the the BEST. She focuses on my sore spots and takes pride in relieving my aches and pains , she is also so kind and understanding . We talk just enough and then she gets to work and I get to relax . I can not wait for 80 minute massages to start again. I seriously love hand and stone and tell everyone to go . Being a member is the best thing to do for yourself every month. Totally worth every penny

My masseuse, Amanda has repeatedly worked with me to maintain my goals of getting massages, this includes working specific areas when needed to providing a professionalism in making sure my needs are always met.

Reception answered my call promptly, was extremely accommodating in finding me two simultaneous appointments, and was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. My therapist, Sabrina, was AMAZING. She made me so comfortable and at ease during my prenatal massage, and took great care to make sure that my baby and I were well supported. I absolutely cannot wait to book with her again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I forgot my gift card at home. I was given the opportunity to run to my car to grab my cell phone. Then called home and tracked it down. I showed a picture of the card with the code and we made it work. I was appreciative of that.

Alex and the reception staff are always kind, friendly and professional. I have tried other therapists and absolutely no one is like Alexander. You should utilize his expertise in a staff development program so we can have more people like him.
