Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was a warm atmosphere all around, from entering Hand and Stone to leaving Hand and Stone. And my facial was a perfect escape from reality!

It was a very relaxing experience and I definitely left my appointment feeling less stressed and tense. It felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders, literally!

I was nervous going in for the first time during COVID but felt very safe during the visit. First time I had Robert and rebooked him for next time.

I really liked the esthetician. Love the warm cot/bed. Like the music.

I was most impressed with the esthetician, Jessica. She created a productive dialog about my skin concerns, skin routine, and what improvements I was looking for. She recommended specific ingredients for my skin and seemed very knowledgeable about what each aspect of the treatment was helping with. I felt a bit nervous about paying for my first facial, but the experience I had left me feeling confident that the investment in my skin was truly worth it. The experience was not only relaxing, but educational in how I should be caring for my skin.

The therapist was perfect!! I left there with my neck and back feeling amazing. She was sympathetic to the fact I had open heart surgery twice and worked with me.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly always. Massage therapist always addresses my needs. Love coming to hand and stone!

Esthetician was receptive to my requests and improved my skin appearance.
