First, I can't say enough good things about Sabrina, who is always my top choice because she is so talented, caring, healing, thoughtful, and supportive. Second, value is very important to me, and I do appreciate your membership pricing and benefits, because a monthly massage for me can fit within our family budget, even though we are under some financial strain right now re: putting our (final!) child through college. Third, I appreciate coming to a place where I feel that I see women like me, and I don't have to feel out of place for being "not fancy enough" when I come to Hand and Stone right after work, exhausted, and in my sweats. Finally, your staff is always friendly and they let me know about special sales, etc., without pushing me to buy what I know I can't afford right now. Thank you!

i have been a member for several years and am now beginning to feel like one of the family. in the recent past, i have been receiving exceptional service from the desk personnel, and now have a wonderful choice of fantastic therapists, including most recently, Chloe and Xavier

ToniAnn was such a nice person she explained everything she was doing on me and she took her time.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. First time having a facial and felt very comfortable with the experience. The shoulder massage was like an added bonus. Left feeling relaxed.
