I have always been treated as a valued member. The staff is knowledgable and courteous. I like the they are aware of previous visits and concerns and address them always.

Stephanie is knowledgeable in the products and took her time explaining why and what she was doing throughout my entire facial. You can tell how passionate she is about helping her customers. My skin feels amazing and is glowing! I enjoyed the entire experience and can’t wait to book my next appointment with her!

The team was extremely welcoming from start to finish, they even reference me by name which was a nice added touch. My aesthetician was extremely knowledgeable and communicative during the entire process. The Covid handling was impressive, not once did I feel unsafe or unwelcome.

I appreciated the timeliness of everything. The message therapist was great and the water provided afterwards was awesome!

I have bern a member at Shane and Stone for quite awhile now and find the staff to be very friendly. The therapist, Amanda, who I always saw regularly was wonderful. Unfortunately, her schedule and mine were conflicting in recent times so I scheduled an appointment with Tammy and see her regularly now as she is absolutely wonderful too. She is extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable, and gives an amazing massage.

Jessica was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated her explaining each step as she was doing it. I hope to work with her again!

My therapist was so friendly and so nice. The casual conversation was extremely refreshing and did not feel forced. Although the therapist and I did not talk continuously (as that would not have been as relaxing), the casual conversation here and there was extremely comforting and added to my experience.
