With respect to booking the appointment - I had originally set this appointment for an earlier day, but it had to be rescheduled. This rescheduling happened over the phone. Regardless, I am very happy with the customer service at the spa. My massage therapist (Amanda S.) is very much in demand so finding a day and time that works for me can sometimes be a little tricky - but I have never not been able to find an appointment that works. My massage therapist is wonderful and I look forward to my service every month.

The aesthetician is very good and made me feel very comfortable.

Focuses on troubled areas and really knows where to find those "knots". Appt always on time. Feel like they keep the safety of employees and clients as a high priority. Wish there were more days/times available.

Due to the Covid the staff goes above and beyond to keep everything clean and everyone safe and my massage therapist as well who is very professional and very good at what she does.
