Everyone was very organized. It was very clean and precautions were taken. It was a very professional environment

It was nice to get back after staying away since quarantine. I was disappointed that I had to get dressed between appointments and couldn't just stay. Know that a lot of the changes are covid related, so it is what it is.

My therapist asked what areas I wanted her to focus on and she did as I asked. I had an excellent therapist. The massage I received was excellent.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The massage therapist did a great job. My only complaint was that after the massage, when the receptionist was trying to explain the advantages of membership, she was behind a plexiglass screen, behind a mask, with multiple people talking in a room with many hard surfaces. This made it VERY difficult for me to hear and understand her.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional & courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel safe, welcomed & as a valued customer. The treatment was one of the most incredible treatments I've experienced there. She was very keen on keeping things clean, sanitized & orderly.

Tiffani is a great masseuse and I always feel like I want to come back.

Friendliness, cleanliness,everyone knew their job well and made me relaxed during my time spent there. Very satisfied and that’s why I became a member.
