I've been going to Hand & Syone for I believe a round 10 years, and never had a problem. They staff is friendly and kind and the therapists are extremely knowledgeable and polite. I plan on continuing going. Thank you Hand & Stone.

I am very happy on how my skin feels after a session. I like that products are suggested but not pushed on you. I am very happy with Sophia my esthetician.

The staff at the front desk were very prompt and friendly, and my appointment was right on time. Rachael was super friendly made me feel very comfortable. My facial was amazing, my expectations were exceeded and Racheal was wonderful about listening to what I was hoping to get out of my facial, she explained everything she was doing and what she was using on my face. Afterwards she recommended what types of facials would benefit me next time and what products would work best for me. Great first experience.

In one way I am not highly satisfied is that usually the massage starts more than 5 minutes past the hour and always ends 10 minutes before the hour leaving the massage to be between 40-45 minutes
