I was informed of every step along the way in my facial. Sara was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention beautiful.

From the minute I entered Hand & Stone until I left, I had nothing negative to say about the experience. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable had a pleasant personality and gave a great massage. I would definitely return.

Therapist is great. Love hand and stone in Poughkeepsie. Everyone is professional and friendly.

Focused only on areas I specified, shoulders, neck and back. Isolated muscles with knots and focused on those areas. I feel like I got the most benefit on those troubled areas for the time alocated.

Every time I’ve called to make an appointment, ask questions, ect I’m always greeted with kindness and patience as I can be very all over the place. I’ve had my membership almost a year and it’s the best decision I’ve made in terms of doing something that’s for me. Poughkeepsie hand and stone is the best one around.

I really enjoyed the microdermabrasion treatment, it made my skin look so glowy. I would be interested to get one of those every month or so. I’m looking forward to trying our other facial options.
