From the initial greeting to the very end of my facial I felt very welcome. I love the ambiance and products. My esthetician has a very nice touch during the facial massage. I wish a little a more time was spent on extractions. Overall I loved it all and it was great !

The front desk staff were extremely friendly, warm and knowledgeable. The masseuse was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions ie. pressure, locations to focus on etc. The ambiance was great too!
