Very knowledgeable about my skin issues and ways to solve the problems. Looked over my own skin care products to make sure I was using the proper products. Did not PUSH buying any other their products, but skincare suggestions and frequency was discussed. The actual facial and shoulder and neck massage was VERY relaxing. My face felt very clean and hydrated afterwards. Would highly recommend to ANY one at ANY age.
