The message was truly customized to me and my preferences. Message therapist was very knowledgeable, worked in the right spots and with the right pressure. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable.

I am always highly satisfied with the services provided in my monthly facials. I understand that rates have to increase at some point, and I definitely appreciate that it included a pay raise for employees. But when notifying front desk that I intended to cancel my membership, I was asked if 10 dollars really is a "make or break." Of course, $10 doesn't break my budget, but the potential to save $100 per month (including the tip) does make a difference. So a better approach for me personally, would have been a reminder that the staff is receiving a pay increase as a result of the membership rate. I accepted the offer continue membership every other month for 6 months at which point I will make a decision about continuing beyond that point. Thanks.
