Julie is great! She makes me feel very comfortable and answers all my questions during my facial. I’m pregnant and she goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable.

Lauren knows what I want before I even ask for it. She takes the time to give me the most relaxing experience and I am so grateful for that! She's the best at what she does and I count the days until I can see her again.

Lauren is always friendly and helpful. She's great at beer job. She even remembered me even though I hadn't seen her in a while.

The visit was exactly what I expected. The therapist was knowledgeable and explained what she would be doing to address my issues.

Each visit I am greeted warmly and often by Amanda who greets me by name. I see Oliva for massage and Lauren for facials and both are excellent.

The therapist had great knowledge of what I've been experiencing for years that no one else could and made sure that I was ok. He could feel were I was having pain before I could tell him. Will be returning often.

Every time I am at hand and stone the staff is courteous and professional. Leah always asks what I need addressed and has given tips on how to avoid aches and pains.

My therapist was very attentive. She did what I needed and seemed very capable.

The massage therapist was a total professional. She asked what my problem areas were, she followed through with focusing on them during the massage, and she asked me during the massage about the pressure she applied and my comfort. It was wonderful from start to finish.

Got into room at exactly the time of the appt. Asked about my areas of concern. She explained her treatment plan based on the information. Very knowlegdeable about products and needs for my type of skin. Provided thorough extractions which many do not. Added on lip and chin waxing and I can still feel the softness days later!
