Hand and Stone

In my experience at Hand and Stone that Staff has always been extremely helpful, nice and knowledgable. The few times we have fun into any issues the management team has been quick to jump in and fix the situation and give something in return for the mistake. The massage was also lovely and very relaxing.

Made my appt with Laura before I left the spa after experiencing her massage. That was easier than waiting to make an appt later after going home. I did the same this week & her availability was better than waiting until after I got home. Got taken into my room right away & had a wonderful massage, focusing on my "knots". I leave a little sore knowing she really focus on the areas that needed attention.
