Overall I am extremely happy with all the massage therapist and the one facial I had with Taylor was awesome! Everyone is so nice

The staff is always pleasurable and accommodating. My massage therapist is phenomenal; she really made me feel fabulous. Every time I visit Hand & Stone in Poughkeepsie I leave smiling.

I have never booked online before and was hesitant but it was super easy! I had made my apt with someone I didn’t know, but Taylor was GREAT. Comfortable from beginning to the end. Because of the feel of my skin and the issues, totally bought product and was not expecting to! Awesome experience

Amy’s facial was terrific, very personalized and very professional. She answered my questions as they arose, yet allowed quiet so I could get lost in the treatment. I would love another facial with Amy soon. The ladies who checked me in, and out, were very welcoming, and helpful with the products I was interested in.

The front desk employees are welcoming, professional and helpful. Lauren is knowledgeable, professional and caring. She is prompt and efficient.
