I have never had a problem with this branch Always on time very nice and very pleased with all the services. Only problem I have is if I want to transfer my service that I already paid for and turn around and charge me a $10 fee I feel is very wrong thank you

The massage therapist, Maryjo, was knowledgeable, friendly and skilled. I wish she worked more hours so I could request her again.

Reception staff efficient and welcoming. Waiting area relaxing, clean and comfortable. Therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and her reikki experience a plus. I always enjoy my experience at H&S.

Julie was friendly and easy to talk with. We had great conversation even though it was the first time we met. The facial was so relaxing and she took the time to explain to me what my skin needed and how I could use 2 packages to cover costs.

Sarah is amazing !! Every facial she has done for me has been exceptional. Not only does she suggest products and treatments that benefit my skin, but she also makes it a very relaxing experience.

The only thing we notice when we arrive is th rug in the waiting area is always dirty. The rest of the facility was clean
