The facial was excellent. If I wasn't treated to a gift certificate, I would not have been able to indulge in this luxurious treat! I was surprised of the ambiance. It was very relaxing.

Melissa has always helped me to relaxed. She knew my body well and took care and concern of my body aches. When you are use to someone change is not always good all the time. In my opinion she was great. So sorry she left. I tried Michelle and she was good and she received the same $20 dollar tip as Melissa but she’s not Melissa. I have one more visit that I paid and I will see Michelle again. She did release some tightness and she was peaceful and pleasant. I don’t like when you cancel your membership you lose all your points and benefits but you still are paying for the last visit with no benefits. This is unfair. I have enjoyed all my years at hand and stone but Melissa is gone. Thank you.

The staff at Hand & Stone are very professional. The receptionists are always very welcoming upon arriving and when checking out/making another appointment. The therapist Lisa Vincent is a constant professional. She always does a fantastic job especially with the wear & tear on my body from my firefighting career. The rooms are always nice & clean.

My massage was amazing as always - Michelle is fantastic!! I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The therapist understood troubled areas and asked me about my background which helped her understand how to help me. The massage addressed back issues I have and left me feeling great - also, the work done on my legs and arms was fantastic. The front desk area was subtly decorated for the fourth of July and looked nice/clean as always - friendly staff who greeted me by my name! Always enjoy coming in and will return again!
