I love my esthetician, Sophia. I think she is absolutely wonderful. She is so welcoming and extremely thorough. I always come in for facials, and I've always had Sophia. I would be disappointed if she ever left!

The experience relives stress and I feel relaxed when I leave the spa. I love the way my skin looks and feels after my session. I can replicate the treatment at home.

I loved my visit. What is not made clear is the cost. I had a gift card I was told it for two facial services. The first I did add in which I paid for separately. When I booked this appointment I was told by reception that I had a facial service remaining. I did a 20 add on. However when I checked out I was told I owed $ 100.00! This was unexpected. I noticed no one talks about money no one told me I’d owe that much. It felt underhanded and sneaky. There are no prices on your products. I can only hope you pay your staff very well. These policies should change all money amounts should be written so client can see. What if I could not afford the service? I’d look into how you communicate with clients. Its very poor business practice.
