I've been to a few other places for facials and even massages, and the way Lauren cared for me was incredible. I was pleased with her knowledge of the products as well as her hospitality. She was also very thorough. The receptionists were very professional and quick as well. Also, the price can't be beat. I'm used to spending over $100 on a service, so this was a bargain with an even better experience.

The staff was very kind. The receptionist reminded me that I was be able to get a free facial or massage soon with the points that I'm building. She told me what I could add to the free massage. I can't wait to add the hot stones with the Himalayan salt. The massage therapist is great too. I feel comfortable with him.

In general I am satisfied with all of the therapists with whom I’ve had massage experiences. Staff could not be nicer! I do have some therapists whom I prefer, but everyone has been at least satisfactory.

Lisa was great - very kind and made an effort to know what it was I needed and wanted from my experience. She took all of my comments into consideration while working with me. I would definitely request her again when I go back. She even apologized kindly because we started a few minutes late, but she made up for it by ending late with my massage. Rather than being glued to a time schedule, she prioritized my comfort and experience. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly there! They're always helpful and polite. They booked me very fast and I didn't have to wait long once I was there. The massage therapist Alex was also an absolute pleasure. He was friendly and kind and did a very good job at relieving the pain I was feeling that day.

The massage therapist I had Alex was fantastic. I called last minute to see if there were any cancellations last evening. I was lucky to get in and even luckier to meet Alex. I had shoulder pain that he addressed and was very knowable
