Hand and Stone

I had never gotten a facial before, and the staff at Hand and Stone provided me such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I also purchased products that helped improve my skin even more. I get a facial once a month and always look forward to it! My skin feels great and I walk away feeling very relaxed.

It was my first facial so I did not know what to expect. The atmosphere and facial were so relaxing. It exceeded my expectations for sure.

Overall I like and look forward to my massages at Hand and Spa, however one issue I have is that there is not a lot of reward for being a continued customer. The reward points dont really add up very quickly. It has taken me over a year to earn enough points for a free massage. I think there should be better incremental rewards, like maybe an added 15 minutes to one massage for every 4 purchased or a free scalp massage for every four 50 min massages. Many people might not even use these free services, but it would be nice to be acknowledged.
