I’ve been having chronic pain for over three years. The therapist listened to my concerns and was able to ease the pain. She found the “spot” that may be triggering the pain and worked in that area for a good amount of time. I felt so much better.

I'm a year long member who has to cancel membership due to no income. Disabled From day one I was treated like a Queen. Knowledge of particular reception staff, Customer Care staff and Shannon(Mass), Jean (Wax) and Lisa (Mass)-Wish I could afford to stay! Thanks

She pays close attention to small detailed areas, mostly overlooked areas of the face with the products. She doesn't make noises, with the clanking of her tools in the background. She constantly massaged me while the masks were on.

Taylor at reception is the most pleasant and helpful that anyone could ever be. She is genuine which I really appreciate. I work with customers all day long, I know how important it is to create a great first impression. In addition, Dianne, my massage therapist was fantastic. I was so looking forward to my massage and just relaxing as I work over 70 hours a week. To say that I was highly satisfied is an understatement.
