I enjoyed the personal customer service when a representative came out from behind the desk and sat with me to ask all of my information. I also appreciated that I was asked whether I wanted a quiet facial or one with some chitchat. Oksana was very professional, intuitive, and informative, while keeping her questions and information to a minimum since I had asked for a quiet session.

I absolutely love Jonathan as my massage therapist. I recommend him to everyone I know. I also love the friendliness of everyone that works there. As well as how clean it is and the calm environment.

The receptionists are always so kind and make sure to check in on my boundaries. Amanda is an amazing masseuse and I’m always pleased with her service

My aesthetician was very knowledgeable, and while there was a slight problem with the steam machine and delayed the appointment slightly, she kept me on schedule, and even threw in a special facial treatment.

I specified I needed specific areas tended to and I got that. Also wanted stress relief and it was an extremely relaxing 45 min which I appreciated

My massage therapist is amazing, visits to H&S are very soothing. I just wish I could continue with every other month visits as I do not think I will be able to afford each month membership.

Tara was my esthetician did a wonderful job. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do to help my skin get hydrated. She addressed the area where I needed help. I would go back to her again.
