the Greeter was friendly and efficient; helped move things along. Great relaxing treatment; i had a good, 2-hour nap that afternoon when i got home !

My massage was extremely helpful for my lower back pain, due to a herniated disc. Robert, the massage therapist, was careful to apply the right amount of attention and pressure to the affected area.

All employees are the nicest, most helpful people. I am always welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I always enjoy my massage and facial. I just wish, as a member, that I could book a standing appointment for both my massage and facial. Sometimes I cannot get who I want.

Felt welcomed. my esthetician is THE best ! There was only 1 female in the reception area that was led than professional like all others always are she made no eye contact. Wore blue sneakers and a blue plaid jacket sloppy ponytail and appeared disgruntled she also left bldg. Shortly after my entrance........
