My anesthetist Sabrina was great. I felt comfortable and calm during the facial. She was knowledgeable in discribing the products and what they did for my skin.

The staff at my local H&S always go above and beyond to guarantee satisfaction of my membership and services. The staff in reception are kind and ensure that I consistently have a great experience. The massage and facial technicians take the time to explain what they are doing during services and how I can continue to receive value from my services even after they are completed. I enjoy every appointment I have with my local H&S!

The staff at the Poughkeepsie location are wonderful. I’d especially like to give a shout out to Amanda, my massage therapist. She listens to my concerns regarding my problem areas and always uses the correct pressure to work out my knots. I only go to her, she’s my favorite!

Always an easy process when I call to book an appointment. During massage I'm always asked how I am doing, is everything OK. I never feel rushed and every massage is very relaxing and I feel good afterwards.
