The receptionists were very friendly and kept their voices at a pleasant volume for a spa setting. I requested a quiet service and the massage therapist did a super good job of communicating with me and checking in while still allowing me to quietly relax. She also did a great job working on all the knots in my body from working as a hairdresser and being a full time student.

The staff at the Poughkeepsie location is always very kind and friendly. I highly recommend Hand & Stone to my friends and family
