the front desk girl was very sweet and so was my esthetician. the service itself was so relaxing.

Staff and technician very friendly. The experience was not as good as it could have been because the machine that was being used was extremely loud and put a damper on the relaxation. However, the technician was excellent.

Every time I arrive for my appointment everyone is extremely friendly. I do wish they had more appointments available. Most times the next available appointment in weeks if not months away. I will continue my membership at Hand and Stone.
