Hand and Stone

I love the atmosphere. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. It’s like a little slice of heaven away from the craziness of life. It smells wonderful in there. Poughkeepsie has a great hand and stone team and everyone is wonderful however I really feel that Jolene really stand outs ! She goes above and beyond to explain the different packages upgrades , problem solves, find appointments that work best for you , accommodates you at any level for anything and truly makes you feel special. She has a tremendous amount of patience ! I felt this every visit I’ve encountered her working there !

I just felt well taken care of from the moment I walked in the door. From the receptionist to my massage therapist everyone was professional and friendly.

Reception was friendly and courteous. Ana was great with my facial.

George is a wonderful massage therapist and is a reason to keep coming back. I’ve been a member since it was $49 a month and now it is starting to get a little too expensive

Very clean inside this hand n stone. Staff is always very friendly. I'm very happy with my aesthetician. They always have flavored water and offer when I arrive and usually when I'm done my appt.
