I enjoy my time at Hand & Stone, Cassie is so good doing my facial, it is such a treat, and Karla gives me a great massage, I find everyone at the Poughkeepsie store are very helpful, courteous and friendly

I just feel so relaxed after it is over. I am asked each time what is giving me the most trouble. There is great focus!

During this time of year I tend to get pretty stressed out because of our business. I also suffer from frequent migraines, so I went into this appointment needing some "me time" and relaxation. I got exactly that. The neck and shoulder massage during the facial was absolutely wonderful. The aesthetician was very informative and suggested a product at the end of the appointment which I haven't used yet but am anxious to try.

My therapist was excellent. She communicated what to expect and was focused on my needs. She even apologized for the music not working.

Analise is phenomenal and so is Amanda. But im disappointed that there's no way to freeze my account due to me getting deployed with the military. There should be an option for situations like this. I get the majority of your clients aren't in the Military. But for those who are, it should be an option to freeze until we come back home.
