Alex is the best massage therapist. He is great with people and is a very skilled massage therapist just wish he was there more often. The facility is wonderful and so is all of the staff. I always recommend hand and stone Poughkeepsie

The masseuse was incredible. She was soft spoken and checked periodically but did not startle me. It was my first visit with her and I will seek her out again. Her name was Ashley

Chole is AMAZING!! She always knows how to help me with my aches and pains. She is super knowledgeable and anytime i say I have an issue, she does whatever she can to help resolve it. I just wish she was not always booked.

I’m there to relax, I encourage the therapist NOT to talk and it’s wonderful. Therapist asks me how I feel, and they target the specific areas. The upgrades are good. I try a different one each time

Highly satisfied with my massage, she did everything perfectly. Everyone is perfect when I enter the facility. I hate when I leave. I am not a member and I always get the pitch to become one. I get it, it's their job; but, I am made to feel stupid for paying the regular price when I could be pay less as a member. Because I'm not a member I was told getting an appointment would be more difficult. I am made to feel less for not being a member. For that, I am almost at the point of not returning and finding another place. I should be allowed to say no. I get appointments are few because I'm not a member, I can deal with that. I don't like to be told how to spend my money. I don't like the vibe of not "belonging" to the group.
