I absolutely love Amberlee and the staff up front at H&S poughkeepsie. The check in and check out staff is always very prompt and kind when I walk in and Amberlee always gets the exact places that are bothering me. Highly satisfied.

This is the first time I had been to H&S since the beginning of covid. I was welcomed with open arms, and I thought Candace was simply perfect - calming, kind, clear in what she was doing. It was a great experience and I will be back. (I have wracked up two years of services...!)

Front desk is very welcoming. Amanda the massage therapist is fantastic. I have a problem with my shoulder and she has been working on it the last three months and it’s feeling much better

Emily was wonderful and friendly. She addressed my concerns and gave me advice on how to resolve as well as products I should and shouldn’t use on my face. She gave a very relaxing facial and got rid of some problem blackheads!

Everyone there is wonderful. Regardless of who I interact with; reception or therapists; they enhance the experience. The knowledge and skill that Jorge possesses was great. I felt incredible when leaving. Can't wait for my next visit.

The experience was magnificent. Faith gave me a brilliant facial massage and fabulous facial . Excellent !! I already booked my next service with her I was actually going to send a message to the manager of the hand and stone Taylor but maybe this can get back to her that the front desk staff were so so helpful and nice and the young lady that was sitting to the side is absolutely wonderful to all four employees at night including Faith Mays parents really really wonderful and I was having a terrible day prior to coming in and I felt so great when I left
