The staff is attentive, friendly, and courteous. My esthetician was knowledgeable as well as communicative of all she was doing. They took me within my appointment time. I'm always happy with the quality staff that is on site.

Friendliness of the staff. Everyone was smiling and happy :) The communication was so professional and welcoming. And the esthetician was just prefect, so professional, complimentary and made me feel very comfortable.

My therapist is amazing.

The people at the desk in the evening were quick to help get me in & extremely friendly, opposed to the the day shift. Hard to get a spot, when asking questions not agreeable and acted rudely disciplinarian. In the evening, relaxed people friendly, the place was very clean and staff all around was great. Julie was just fantastic - again.! I understand now the prices have risen - but I am a member. My waxing cost almost the same as my package and I cannot use.
