I love hand and stone - everyone is very kind and welcoming. My only issues would be with the membership issues I'm having (moved and wish I could have fixed it at the new location rather than call my old one, but no big deal. The other suggestion I have is to put a small mirror on the back of the door in the massage rooms. I always feel disheveled after an appointment and liked this feature at my last location.
