Hand and Stone

The only thing I could suggest to make my experience better would be able to choose sounds like rain, ocean waves etc instead of listening to the music that I don't really like.

Overall an excellent experience. Obtaining a last minute appointment was a challenge but I do not begrudge Hand & Stone for being popular and, therefore, having limited availability.

The massage targeted all my trouble areas, she knew how deep to go

Receptionist was welcoming Aesthetician was very caring and knowledgeable the atmosphere was very soothing

Very efficient check-in and helpful staff. Massage was excellent, probably the best I ever had. Very good value for money. Rooms are a little spartan, but otherwise everything was great.

The RMT really understood my sports background, and was able to find all the spots it really hurts. Also gave me some stretching exercises

Andriy is my massage therapist for a few years already: always professional, friendly and offering great service. Sometime is hard to get an appointment with him, as he is very busy with other clients. It is nice to have such a great professional! Thank you.

I made a fairly last- minute appointment for a service I had not used before. The receptionist assured me that I was in good hands. My appointment had to be changed due to the esthetician's illness; many apologies made but it was fine with me. No waiting time, very professional services. I left feeling I had been well taken care of.

Excellent experience - very relaxing.

I loved that my therapist took into consideration my occupation. I mentioned I had lower back pain and she worked on that area. However, the peppermint head massage was slightly disappointing. Either than the smell the massage it self could have been more wholesome.
