The massage therapist was friendly but quiet as I prefer. Loved the hot towel at the end and the offer of water on check out. The massage was a firm massage exactly as I requested and I was very relaxed afterwards. Alexandra was very professional and effective.

Great service - very friendly receptionist and massage therapist. Love bed the overall ambience - the cookies and water in the waiting area were a very nice touch. Perfect massage!

This was my first massage and I did not want the experience to be over. Wendy was fantastic and I would look forward to getting another massage from her. The spa is extremely clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Every time I have an appointment the esthetician has been excellent. The process has been virtually painless (something that was not always the case at the Spa I used to go to. I also find the hours are excellent.

I've noticed recently that many of the weekly and monthly specials are limited to Mon-Thursday and daytime hours and no longer for the 'month'. This is unfair to all members as these specials are targeted to specific members. One of the main reasons for joining was evening and weekend appointments for us folk who work during the day. I will be reconsidering my membership if I continue to see favoritism to day time hours only as any member advantages are diminishing. Is this per location or company wide? Thank you for considering all members.
