It's always consistent. I know what to expect. You seem to have acquired many more clients since I joined (and then quit). It's very tough to get an appointment now. In the past, I could always call up and get an appointment for that week. A bit frustrating. Started going to the Mississauga H&S b/c they can accommodate requests better. (it's lost business for you ... .just think you should know).

I love Hand and Stone Oakville for their great service and afordable prices. I am always welcomed nicely and quick to be taking in for my service, the rooms are perfectly fine and it always smells so lovely. I always feel comfortable ,relaxed and well taken care of.
