The ambience of the room was super relaxing. I love the warm bed. The massage therapist checked in often with regards to pressure or discomfort.

My RMT, Mike at Oakville was highly skilled and able to release an extremely painful area in my neck and shoulder. He gave me exercises to do at home and he explained a lot. As well, he extremely friendly and put me at ease! He was Excellent and I will request him again!!!

Andreii is a very seasoned therapist who used a unique decompression technique that seems to have alleviated most of the issues I asked him to address.

I think the massage therapist Andrii is excellent and I have been going to him for years however prices are going up again and while I know Costs increase it seems more and more that prices increase more often. I received a 1% increase this year for my pay and the membership pricing is increasing over 5%. There are maximums of how much insurance will cover so it means coming less often for a massage with the price increase. If mgt isn’t giving the therapists an increase (which I hope they are) I think that is a rather step increase. You may find increasing prices that much hurts your business.

the girls at the front desk were very polite and welcoming. My massage therapist Alvin was right on time full of knowledge very respectful and gave me a lot of personalized work, absolutely no complaints and I have already rescheduled to see him again

It was a great experience overall. The massage itself was very relaxing and I felt it was effective in relieving my aches and pains. Toni was also very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session.
