My massage therapist, Rachel, eases my aches and pains and the reception staff are always welcoming and polite

Very friendly and welcoming receptionist, very nice ambiance in reception and in room. In the winter I wonder about the possible draft and coldness of reception area though. Nice music.

The one light in the massage room from was burnt out and that made it difficult for the therapist as she had to turn the one extra brightly at the end. The bulbs need to be changed in some of the rooms and need to be able to dim them appropriately. This is NOT the therapist’s fault. She apologized for the fact that the lights were like that.
