I wish the massages were 60 min instead of 50, it felt too short.

My therapist was excellent. She is the main reason why I go return to this location.

The appointment started late. I felt rushed to begin once in. The room was just a room. No music.

The clinic was set up well and staff was kind. This was my first massage and I guess I thought I would feel better after leaving. I think if I went back it would be for a facial because the massage wasn't all I thought it would be. I really can't put my finger on why.

It was a relaxing facial. The estetician was knowledgeable and friendly. I would have preferred to have my pimples popped.

Prefer to book my appointment on a website rather than over the phone. Not a a very pleasant costumer service and phone ethics. It would be nice to have an option of 30min and 45 min RMT massage.

I have asked that the receipts be emailed to me so it is easier to submit to the insurance company. Each time, reception has forgotten and I needed to give reminders. I asked this time for it to be done before I left but they said it had when it was not sent. Please resolve this issue.
